About us

Revolutionizing the future of food with grain perfection

Create better food from the source

Since our founding in 2012, our mission has been clear: to develop, select, and optimize grain crops that enhance the quality, taste, and functionality of the ingredients used in the foods we eat every day.

Our 3 main objectives

Breed innovative new varieties that better meet food industry needs

At Equinom, we are transforming the global food supply chain, harnessing diverse plants and optimizing grains to create better, more affordable food.

Cultivating Quality: Genetic insights from plant to plate

The Equinom Manna™ artificial intelligence (AI) technology is the driving force behind our breakthroughs. This software enables us to design, breed, and zero in on top-quality grains by crossing insights from plant genetics with biochemical and field data. After all, every grain’s genome and biochemistry reveal the story of how that ingredient grows, processes, and performs when prepared in food.

Equinom's success speaks for itself

Using Manna™, we have created new, more productive varieties while enhancing ingredient quality. Our signature non-GMO crops have earned accolades from farmers to ingredient processors to consumers.

Equinom crops are designed to boost performance at every stage of the supply chain – from cultivating to processing to food application – delivering highly nutritious ingredients with more robust functionality. We’re proud to share our field-to-fork expertise and exceptional ingredients with the world.

Manna™ AI is shaping the grain value chain

Manna™ software introduces exact parameters to better define grain quality and functionality. These insights enable millers, processors, and food manufacturers to better understand and optimize their raw ingredients. Offering this new level of precision changes how grains are purchased, milled, and used in food manufacturing. It opens up new pricing models defined by grain performance rather than by traditional factors alone.
